Absolutely and 110% would recommend this place for anyone who is dealing with any aspect of their mortgage. We were referred to David via our financial adviser - we had not previously seen a mortgage broker as we were confident we could do it ourselves. We finally were in a position to refinance and spoke with David not knowing what to expect. David was with us every step of the way, he was incredibly responsive to all our queries, explained things in a way we could understand, and took time to explain things when we were uncertain.
