I write a few reviews. Mars deserves this one. I came to him stressed, clueless about half of what refinancing actually involves, and probably asking the same questions three times. He never made me feel like an idiot. He explains everything in plain English, stays completely calm when I'm panicking, and somehow always knows exactly what to say to put me at rest. But here's the bit that blew my mind. My house was valued on a Friday. By Tuesday I had settled my refinance. Tuesday. I genuinely didn't think that was possible. I've since been told by multiple people it isn't. Mars made it happen anyway. That's kind of the whole story with him. Nothing is ever a problem. He's always three steps ahead, comes up with ideas I'd never have thought of, has all the right relationships, and just gets things done faster than you'd think humanly possible. And somehow it all feels effortless on my end. That's the mark of someone who's genuinely brilliant at what they do. Dan, who works closely with Mars, is just as good. The whole team is. This is the kind of organisation where you actually feel like they have your back. I feel safe. That's rare. Do yourself a favour and just call them. It changed my life.

Hello, I wanted to share some honest feedback based on my recent experience with UFinancials, which began about a month and a half ago. At first, I was genuinely impressed with my initial conversations with your consultant Franco. I appreciated their attentive approach and willingness to understand my situation as I explored options to consolidate and restructure my existing loans. However, as we began to discuss documentation—like payslips and other important papers—the communication noticeably slowed down and became fragmented. I found myself needing to follow up frequently, often waiting a day or two for a short response, only to then experience another extended period without any updates. There were times when Franco mentioned possible bank evaluation options, but the dialogue would suddenly stop, leaving me uncertain and waiting for clarity. Despite my efforts to stay engaged by sending multiple emails and messages, I was met with continued lack of responsiveness and seriousness from Franco. This inconsistency made the loan restructuring process far more stressful than necessary and left me frustrated, especially given that I was sharing sensitive information without the reassurance of professional communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend UFinancials—or Franco as a consultant—to others considering loan consolidation or restructuring. I hope this feedback proves useful, and I strongly urge anyone thinking of engaging with this company to exercise caution. I am genuinely surprised by the company’s five-star ratings from over 400 customers, and it is unfortunate that my experience compelled me to leave a minimum star review. I sincerely hope that after seeing this feedback, someone from your team will reach out to me and provide the assistance I need, especially since you already have all my information and could easily help with the restructuring.
