As first time home buyers, making the leap to buy a house is extremely scary and I was even more nervous after receiving such conflicting information from the larger broker firms you see all over tv. Thankfully someone provided us with contact information for Konnect Financial and Adam Chalmers. As soon as my partner and I met Adam all those worries and nerves were eased. Adam was able to explain our options and provide us with a plan of action. While there is always going to be hiccups during the process Adam always made sure we were kept updated and his assurance is what allowed us to be confident enough to continue with the process. Adam always makes himself available for any questions. He never made us feel like our questions were invalid or silly and he always aimed to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. The work that brokers do is time consuming and I honestly would not have been able to do any of it if it were not for Adam.
