I’ve had the pleasure of working with Adam as my mortgage broker on four separate occasions, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Adam and his team consistently go above and beyond. Most recently, I was in an incredibly stressful position when a family member was in hospital and settlement on an off the plan build was likely to be called on 31 December—while his office was closed. To make matters worse, we weren’t advised that settlement had in fact been called. Adam had just five days to sort out the finance and ensure everything was in place. He did this while he was overseas and my conveyancer’s office was closed and not responding to requests from the bank. Despite the time pressure and complexity, Adam took control immediately and worked tirelessly to get it done. His communication was clear, his problem-solving was exceptional, and he removed so much stress during what was already a very difficult time.
