What we expected to be a tedious and time consuming process was proven to be the complete opposite when dealing with Adam. Building our first home, we had no idea on what to expect however Adam clearly mapped the journey out for us. A lot of my close friends are building in the same area and they don't believe me when I explain the turn around times Vivid Financial have achieved with my build. To put things into context, I called Adam at 8pm on a Monday to advise I need formal approval ASAP. I received a call at 7:30am the following day to be congratulated on receiving formal approval. It's simple, don't settle for an amateur. Settle for a professional like Adam instead. That is the lesson my close friends are learning!
