Albert Waldron — Director & Finance Strategist | Awesome Lending Solutions
I've been helping Australians buy property and build wealth through smart lending since 2010. Based in North Strathfield, Sydney, I run Awesome Lending Solutions — an independent mortgage broking business with access to 60+ lenders and more than 1,000 settled loans.
I specialise in four areas where people often struggle to get the right advice:

First home buyers — navigating grants, schemes, and lender options for the first time
Single parents — finding lenders who understand your situation and work with you
Property investors — structuring loans to protect cash flow and build a portfolio
SMSF lending — funding property purchases inside a self-managed super fund

What makes working with me different is the long-term approach. I don't just find you a loan and move on — I help you understand your position, plan your next move, and make sure your finance structure is working for you over time.
I hold a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, am a member of the FBAA, and operate as Credit Representative 407514 under AFG aggregation.
