Alex was brilliant. We had a tricky mortgage situation, holding onto our existing property while buying another retirement option home. Traditional banks/lenders offered about a third of the property value. Alex pulled it all together, was available for long hours to help get documentation in place, and allowed us to make an offer before the hotly contested property was sold. I can recommend Alex to anybody looking for a mortgage. A much better experience than battling the online bots who don’t consider your real world circumstances.
