We decided to try a broker after our bank, one of the major 4 were somewhat uninterested in our requirements. From the first visit we were provided a service that I would describe as non-judgemental, impartial and interested in our goals. The personal service has been unlike our experience at the bank where we've felt like just another number. Our circumstances were a little tricky but we got a loan that satisfied our needs.
