Further to that, when a certain proposed lender became inflexible late in the picture, he got me over the line with another lender in a very short period of time. I now have a great rate with a major bank - most likely much better than I could have negotiated myself (I tried 2 other banks myself).

Started off well and promising then got passed from Priscilla home loan specialist who left position and decided not to tell me and couldn't get in contact with, then got passed onto Andrew liston who is a senior relations manager to which you would expect would get the job done, how wrong I was he just dragged out the process and blatantly lied to me stating the application was with the bank and 3 finance extensions later decided to go on leave and not tell me while my finance date was due and then got passed onto Alex to find out my application after 6weeks still hadn't been submitted to any bank. They are an utter joke and it's as simple as you get what you pay for. Pay for a mortgage broker and get the job done within 2weeks ! Never again LENDI great company concept great platform but need ALOT of customer service/ communication/ staff training nearly lost me my dream house untill I decided to take my business else where and was done and approved in 8days!
