Excellent people and service. Bashed my head against a brick wall with my bank of 20 years, just getting them to get to pre-approval. After I obtained it, and looked at the interest rate, I contacted Liz to see what she could do. At the other end was a lower interest rate and extra features with a new bank, and the loan was approved with Liz and Alex doing all the work. After loan approval, they liaise with the conveyancing solicitor and you literally sit back and do nothing except wait for settlement. Don't DIY, get these guys to do it for you. They are so good at what they do, and you can only benefit from someone else doing that running around.
