About Alex Maiorano

With more than 17 years’ experience in finance and lending, I help clients make confident property and finance decisions — whether they’re buying their first home, building an investment portfolio, restructuring existing debt or working through a more complex lending scenario.

Based at VSMA Finance in Melbourne, I work with clients throughout Victoria and across Australia, combining experience, lender knowledge and practical strategy to find solutions that genuinely suit each client’s position — rather than simply placing a loan.
