My partner has been with Alex since purchasing his first home, for the initial home loan but also to re-mortgage, so it was a no brainer when we needed a mortgage broker to purchase our first home as joint tenants. We met with Alex when we were considering selling our home, which was great because he gave us some really good ballpark figures. We then chose a few weeks later to sell our home and look for another. We had a relatively fast sell/purchase time, with having a timeline of one month, which would probably be stressful for most people but Alex was amazing. He handled all the background work with ease, liaised and coordinated seamlessly with our agent, lender and our conveyancers. What should of been a stressful time, was hassle-free, calm and low pressure which made purchasing our first joint family home a memorable experience. I have recommended Alex to nearly everyone I know looking to purchase a home and honestly I don't know what we would do without him.
