I have recently purchased a newish car, and after heading to one of the well advertised Loan Brokers, I ended up with Allen. At the well advertised Loan Broker I was treated as number, and due to having a bit of a different financial situation, which if time was spent gathering all the information correctly, and for the broker to check everything the result with them could have been different. It 2 weeks for a no result to happen. After been referred to Allan, he collected all the information from me, asked questions that the previous broker didn't, tailored a loan to suit my situation, which is a common situation. Loan was approved within 3 days (took an 3 extra days to get the settlement - weekends don't help). Allan was quick to respond to emails, and phone calls, he was proactive to get more information if required. I would be going to back to Allan for any other loans I require, and will direct other people to him, without question.
