We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Capta and, in particular, to Alvie, who assisted us throughout the entire process of restructuring and accessing the equity in our Sydney property, moving our lending from Commonwealth Bank to NAB. From beginning to end, the process was exceptionally smooth, professional and well organized. Our original intention was to use the available equity to re-enter the Australian property market and purchase another investment property. However, shortly after the process was completed, the economic, fiscal and property market environment in Australia changed considerably. Rather than leaving the available capital unused, we decided to explore another market — Dubai. That decision ultimately led us to successfully purchase our first investment property in Dubai. For this reason, our appreciation for Capta goes beyond simply completing a finance transaction. The work Alvie and the Capta team did in helping us access and restructure the equity in our Sydney property gave us the financial flexibility to recognize an opportunity in a different market and act on it.
