We have continued to experience great professionalism, advice and responsiveness from the team at Future Finance. They have a strong attention to detail (for example, they once picked up an error that our conveyancer completely missed, which would've impacted settlement) and take the time to provide advice in layman's terms - no question has been treated as too silly. Amie was our broker initially and now Narida; the whole FF team is great. They also take care to personalise the service (i.e., with birthday cards and even a recent gift hamper). We don't feel like just a number. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
