Pretty average business with fancy fees. Also thanks to Amy, she made me value my time more and it was such a waste of time and money for me dealing with her. Response to Amy’s comments - Your feedback is not my issue Amy the fact that you consider your time more valuable than the time of your clients especially clients from whom you get no commision is what I’m trying to highlight to people who want to come and do business with you. The very small fees ($220) you charge is not clearly disclosed - it should be mentioned it’s to charge clients like me from who you won’t get commission so that you’re covered. I value my time as much you do yours. If you operate as a sole operator - it’s your choice. I asked for a refund as per my situation nothing much could be done. You could’ve simply said you can’t.

Best mortgage broker in Perth. Amy was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, always available to answer questions and providing useful information, resources and whatever we required. On top of this, she was incredible friendly and supportive throughout the process for my partner and I.
