Amy Ferguson is passionate about helping people enter the property market, whether it be purchasing for investment or their own home. She views property ownership as a great long-term wealth creation strategy 💰, as they say 'it’s time in the market - not timing the market'. Amy enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and understanding their situation and financial/property ownership goals allows her to work with them to turn these into a reality. Keeping in touch well beyond the transaction and always looking out for their best interests with their ongoing lending.

For clients, Amy performs detailed research and analysis, before providing loan structuring advice and product recommendations, to ensure the options she presents meet clients' immediate and future needs. Being an investor myself, she has a real interest in the property market and experience with real estate transactions 🏠. This, coupled with her aptitude for analysis, provides added value to my clients.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and practicing my French. She also likes chatting to other investors about what they are doing in the property investment and development space.
