AMAZING and astute PROFESSIONALS is the only way to begin this review of Medici Mortgages. Having acquired land, houses and development properties a number of times over the past 20 years, obtaining finance is something I’ve always dreaded when going through what should be an exciting process. Well how my perspective on banking finance has changed since my recent experience with Medici Mortgages. This experience was during a stressful period of relocating my family to QLD, commencing a new job in an unfamiliar state, refinancing my existing PPR and applying for finance to purchase a new property. So suffice to say I had a little bit going on. I met with Damian to begin with. Punctual, well versed, calm and professional in his manner. Damian was never pushy and always considerate. In his words, you look after your family and I’ll take care of your finances. From that moment I never looked back and this was the beginning of a seamless and the most stress free finance/mortgage process I have ever been involved with. Damian discussed with me a number of options, structure of my two bank loans and then provided me with his recommendations. There was no pressure to go either way, but once decided it was a no brainer. We pressed forward as quickly as we could with the services of Medici Mortgages. I was then politely introduced to Andrew whom took care of everything when it came to the loan applications. Once again although i was in another state, the application process was seamless. The online systems Medici Mortgages utilise are straightforward and easy to navigate. Andrew kept me up to date every 3-4 days on the status of the applications. The level of communication was fantastic! Before I knew it my loans were approved and I had a call from who Valentina who took my loans all the way through to settlement with fantastic customer service. Once I settled I received a phone call from all of the team to pass on their congratulations. This level of customer service is usually unheard of in the current day. Medici mortgages conduct is professional, courteous, transparent and personable. I would have no hesitation in recommending MM to my friends or family. So like myself many times before, if your second guessing yourself do not hesitate, give the team at Medici mortgages a call, you won’t regret it.
