Can't recommend Andrew highly enough. We were so fortunate to have his services as our loan broker early this year. None of the banks liked the block of land, and then most of the big 5 changed their appetite for lending to trusts, just after we signed a contract. Timelines were pushed, and 2 extensions to finance date later, Andrew managed to secure finance at a competitive rate. Andrew's time spent on our finance was about 10 times the norm, and yet he remained motivated and focused. His communication with us through every challenge was clear, proactive, positive and always empathetic with a dash of humour. This job deserves a 6 star rating.
