I was dealing with Andrew to help me buy my first house. At the beginning communication and his advice seemed great. I was told everything is going fine and there may be a small delay but we should settle a few days after the settlement date. Come the day of settlement he was completely uncontactable, I had my conveyancer, the real estate agents and vendors all calling me asking what's going on we haven't heard anything from Andrew which I was put in an awkward position without answers. The delay dragged on for 5 weeks after settlement date, anytime I needed him he was uncontactable from this point onwards. Anytime he said he would contact me with an update, the phone call never came through and I was left chasing him constantly for answers. With the delays mounting up the costs of having to rent the property from the vendors to move in and extra lawyer fees and interest charges the whole experience added around $8000 in fees on top of the house price. Ended up changing up and going with another recommended mortgage broker and the whole process was sorted within a week very straight up and simple. Would never recommend these guys to anyone.
