Had a horrible experience with these guys!! Blamed their poor team communication and professional incompetence on us and THEN went on to drop us in the middle of the application & settlement process. Anita gave us wrong information that ultimately cost us $15,000 and when we called with questions she hung up on us and refused to communicate further, even blocking us on FB. She was just awful. All this after we left our first broker because of family complexities. Anita seemed to hold that against us, as is still evident in the response to this review, which lacks professionalism and confidentiality. We went on to buy a home with another broker, who got us pre-approved the next day and loan settled in 2 weeks! Our advice: go elsewhere.
