A chance encounter at the 2025 Melbourne Home Show had us stopping by Ankur Malik and the Fin Me booth purely for the free chocolate and goodies… after being told by one of the Big 4 banks that building our dream home just wasn’t going to happen. Safe to say, that chocolate stop turned into one of the best customer experience journeys I’ve ever been on. From day one, Ankur was exceptional.
