Oh Anna! We were first home buyers. We had THE most complicated application and situation ever. There were so many issues and Anna came in so calm and reassuring. We had zero idea of the process and really I am VERY blonde so need things explaining at least 4 times and she had no issues doing that, was always easy to get hold of, she explained every single thing, was transparent and experienced.
