We found the whole process to be pretty straightforward. During our initial consultation with Anthony, we were told that the process would most likely take a little longer than normal simply because we started the process just before the Christmas period. In saying that, within six weeks our first loan had been settled and our second loan settled two weeks later only because our original lender was not ready to settle any sooner. All in all pretty quick and painless, we thought. Communication throughout the process was excellent as we were kept informed of what stage of the process we were at and what was about to happen. Besides having to provide a few extra pieces of information, we had no more to do after we uploaded our initial information onto our Moorr platform.
