I am so sorry I did not write this review earlier, I have been kept very busy with my new baby, but I have been meaning to take the time to properly acknowledge the exceptional service and support I received from Aron. Aron, I genuinely cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us throughout the mortgage and lending process. From the very beginning, you were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thorough, and you made what could have been an overwhelming process feel much more manageable and reassuring. Aron was always willing to take the time to explain things clearly, walk me through the details, and make sure I genuinely understood the options available to us. At no point did I ever feel like I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of his time. His patience and willingness to help were honestly invaluable. What I particularly appreciated was that Aron did not simply present us with one option and tell us what we should do. He approached our situation strategically and thoughtfully, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
