He really stands out compared to other brokers because of his accounting background, which makes a big difference when dealing with more complex loan structures. He understands the numbers properly and was able to navigate scenarios that most brokers struggle with. Arron took the time to explain our options clearly, structured the loan in the most efficient way, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. If you have a straightforward loan he’s great, but where he really shines is with more complicated situations involving business income, trusts, or multiple entities. Highly recommend Arron if you want someone who actually understands finance and can get complex deals done.
