Since entering the finance industry in 2014 with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Ashleigh has established herself as a leader in the broking field. She previously worked for a leading property investment company, focusing on building long term client relationships and client care. Ashleigh is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for a range of different clients with various scenarios and supporting them in their longer-term goals through considered loan structuring at SCA Finance. Ashleigh’s contribution to the broking sector has been acknowledged with several nationally recognised awards. She was named Best Newcomer at the 2017 Connective Excellence Awards, Editor’s Choice at the 2019 Better Business Awards and State Winner of the Residential Finance Broker award at the 2019 MFAA Awards. Ashleigh maintains a commitment to furthering her career development outside of work hours, recently completing her Bachelor of Business with the Swinburne University of Technology.
