Do not use this broker. Unprofessional, disjointed, no clue whatsoever what he's doing. It took us 6 months to do what should have been a fairly straightforward refinance. There were hidden costs which he didn't know about. He provided untimely and incomplete advice. He was bad at responding to correspondence, I had to follow up him dozens of times. I provided the exact same documents at least 3 times. Would STRONGLY advise against engaging Ashley.
