Diabolical - Our experience with Ashley was diabolical and cost us an extra $45,000 on the eve of settlement which we had to scrape, beg and borrow to find. Ashley's communication was erratic, obtuse and arrogant. I had to select one star but a zero out of five does not even go close to how poor the service was from Ashley Crowther over a torturing 12 months.
