I cannot speak highly enough of Bayley and his services. I first contacted him several months ago while planning the purchase of my first home. He took the time to understand my situation and my goals, and paid close attention to what mattered to me throughout the process. Bayley also pointed me to information on all the current schemes and opportunities for first home buyers, so I knew my options and could take full advantage of them. On my initial call, I let Bayley know I was also speaking directly with a lender so I could get a clear picture of everything available to me. I spent some months searching for a property, and Bayley did a great job staying in touch and keeping me updated on the best financing option he could get me. When it came time to buy, we talked through the choices, and given my situation it made more sense to go with the lender's direct offer. Bayley was able to get me a better rate, but I would have given up some things that were important to me. Bayley not only understood that, but he encouraged and supported my decision. That, to me, shows Bayley operates unselfishly and in his clients' best interests. He cared about finding the option best suited to me, not the one that simply benefited him. I'll be staying in regular touch with Bayley for years to come, because I know he'll always put my interests first. I'd recommend him to anyone, especially first home buyers. Thank you Bayley!
