Absolutely absurd this guy has all 5 star reviews. Left me high and dry when purchasing a property for approximately 4 weeks due to not doing what he said he had done. Also did the the same to my girlfriend(now wife), she had to come up with extra on the spot as he didnt listen to her or read her documents properly. Some how still in business
