I met so many mortgage brokers through the years and only thought that I can never be able to mortgage a house. One day my colleague referred me to SBS Finance Group. During the initial discussions with Ms Bhawana and SBS Finance Team, our financial aspects were assessed, available options and requirements were explained clearly. We did not have enough savings for deposit and this was the most challenging thing to deal with. Soon we received a courtesy Savings plan with realistic saving goals. Meanwhile, we decide to start saving anyway. We were followed up on our savings plan over the phone by the SBS team a couple of times. At this stage we felt that we are not pushed in a direction but someone is walking us through the stages. As a result we saved the remaining amount for the deposit in a few months. I could not believe that it was all happening in real. SBS Team sent a list of required documents for the finance pre-approval stage. It was a very good thing that we arranged all the documents before the process started otherwise running behind the documents could have caused significant delay in progress. During this time we found a house and land package, paid the deposit and signed the contract with the vendor. We were instructed by the SBS team to follow the savings plan strictly for a greater benefit. The House was nearly built and SBS Finance sent through a list of documents to provide before obtaining the final financial approval. As mentioned before, it was very convenient to arrange all necessary documents before initiating the process. Final unconditional approval was granted within less than 2nd week of application. Now the settlement date is finalized and we are packing and getting ready to move into our home sweet home. I can’t believe that this whole thing is concluded within a few months. I think if you have a capable team nothing is impossible. I would like to pay my regards to Ms Bhawana and SBS Finance entire team for this beautiful gift for my family and a great milestone for myself.
