AMAZING! It really is "3rd time lucky"... We had tried to get a home loan (self employed) with 2 previous brokers - these past brokers told us our only way was with a "LowDoc Loan", ultimately these failed. We made contact with Bill and within 2 days, our loan was approved with NAB bank - without using "low doc". Bill's experience, knowledge and drive to get us a home loan was above fantastic.
