Wow what a service! EFS didn't miss a beat with supporting us throughout our house build. They have well established systems that simplified the process (and jargon) for us. They were always available when we needed them and they always got in touch if we needed to attend to something, like signing paper work or following things up. They communicated directly with our builder and bank, so we didn't have to. They made what could have been a very overwhelming process, really easy for us!
