When I was building my first home with BGC the loan and co was my mortgage broker that time I had meeting with Ashton and Cassandra to help me from the beginning till formal approval with keystart that was say three years, both of them was very nice and patient and explain it to me from A-Z process it was tough back then as my first home purchase but we made it. This year around last few weeks I received an email from Brad wanting to know if I want to switch or refinance to other bank as the interest rate with my previous bank has gone up. Brad was so patient with me and help me push through the process so I could try to get the keys for my new home! He is one of a legend!!
