We first got in touch with Brad about a year ago when we started looking into building our first home, and he has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey. Over the past year we’ve worked through so many different ideas, options and decisions with Brad, and he has always been patient, knowledgeable and so quick to respond. No question was ever too much, and having someone we could rely on to talk things through with made the whole process so much easier. When it came time to secure our formal finance approval, we had a pretty small window to get everything finalised, which added a fair bit of pressure to an already stressful process. Brad was absolutely on it! He kept everything moving, communicated with us every step of the way and got it all sorted within the timeframe we needed. When I was building my first home with BGC the loan and co was my mortgage broker that time I had meeting with Ashton and Cassandra to help me from the beginning till formal approval with keystart that was say three years, both of them was very nice and patient and explain it to me from A-Z process it was tough back then as my first home purchase but we made it. This year around last few weeks I received an email from Brad wanting to know if I want to switch or refinance to other bank as the interest rate with my previous bank has gone up. Brad was so patient with me and help me push through the process so I could try to get the keys for my new home! He is one of a legend!! I would highly recommended him and the other two for your mortgage broker! Thanks to Brad I have now refinanced to ANZ where I can save heaps of money for my repayments and put into my saving account
