I can’t recommend Anjali highly enough. She stepped in at a point where our finance approval was becoming very time-sensitive and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel completely under control. We have worked with Bren for a long time and have always received an exceptional standard of service from him. With Bren about to commence leave, he made sure we were well looked after and provided a thorough handover to Anjali to progress our home loan. We had left our finance approval much later than we should have, and I genuinely thought we were going to need to request an extension on our settlement. Anjali immediately took ownership of everything, moved the application through incredibly quickly and managed to secure our approval well ahead of our settlement date. What stood out most was Anjali’s communication. She kept us informed throughout, was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy.
