If you're looking to refinance your existing house, first home or building new, I can't recommend The Broker Team enough! The Broker Team have made the financing side of mine and Elli's new home stress free, with Brenden and the team working for the best outcome for our situation. We were able to refinance my loan for my existing property to allow us to purchase the block for our new home. Once my existing property sold, they were able to smoothly transition us over to a building loan. Can't thank these guys enough, the staff at The Broker Team are great to deal and I wish I had the service and advice that Brenden has now given me when I purchased my first home!
