If you are looking for someone to just give you the typical mortgage broker treatment, you have come to the wrong place!! After speaking to many brokers (and starting to lose all hope), I was given the number of Two Red Shoes. From the first phone call, I was blown away. I was in tears when I got off the phone because I felt like someone actually heard me (I mean actually heard me!!) Brett stepped us through everything. He expressed concern for my mum and dad as they were helping us (none of the other brokers did). He explained everything in detail in easy-to-understand terms for someone who struggles with all the complicated finance side of things. Throughout the process, he stepped us through. We never felt alone or lost. I honestly could never imagine trying to buy a house without Brett and the team at Two Red Shoes.
