We refinanced our existing mortgage with Urban Money in December 2025. The experience that we had gone through previously with other brokers was not enjoyable and appeared to be very automated and non personal. We spoke to our existing bank and they could not improve the rate and we also spoke to one of our previous lenders to see if they wanted our business back, with no luck. We met the same day and went through our requirements and existing situation. We also explained a short time frame as we wanted to have this all resolved prior to Christmas. NOTHING was a problem for Bron. She sent a very easy to use data and information collection email which we responded to and within a day she had the best options presented to us. Bron was aware of potential obstacles with the process and preempted these by submitting discharge paperwork to out current lender so the could be ready. An application was submitted to the potential Leander and nothing was missing allowing for a very quick approval and a settlement was achieved well before Christmas. The service we received from Urban Money was personal and professional and made us feel like a really valued customer. We will be recommending Bron and the team at Urban Money to all of our family ,friends and contacts. Having held a Mortgage for nearly 30 years now I would have to say that this was by far the best and easiest experience that we have ever experienced. Nothing but high praise for the guys at Urban Money.
