Dealing with Kiril Ruvinsky initially, to help plan my financial future in the best possible way, was easy (no jargon) comprehensible and an extremely informative experience. It was a no brainer to then go ahead, follow Kiril's recommendation and connect me with his loan specialist Bryan Narunsky. Byran was amazing to deal with in getting my mortgage sorted. I would give 10 stars if possible. I will try to summarize our story in order to help people in making the best decision they can make especially for first home buyers. Basically we tried to get into the property market on our own with almost 0 knowledge and ended up burning out and even lost our initial deposit as we were forced to pull out of a contract. I have been following Arkadiusz for a while through Instagram and have always liked the way he thinks and advises. My wife and I agreed to set a meeting to help us with our first home buying journey. He changed our whole perspective and introduced us to the whole team. Bryan is our broker who helped us secure the best deal possible and even expedited the loan approval process as we had a tight deadline from the cooling of period. Everything in the financial side was seamless thanks to Bryan. Kiril and Katherine are the Buyers Agent who helped us find our dream home. Katherine is exceptional and has been our entire support system in finding the right home for us. She was there the entire time and came up with the best strategy to help us secure our dream home. I know Buyers Agents are expensive but it was worth the money and i would not hesitate on engaging them again for our next purchase. Georgia from CLS legal is the Solicitor who made sure all our legal questions were answered and ensured that we were protected in all those special conditions that we would have overlooked. Overall, the entire process was a breeze and they were helping us in all possible aspects in our journey ensuring we made the right decision. If you are reading my review and contemplating on engaging them, please do yourselves a favor and make the best decision like we did.
