We bought our 3rd property in 2023 through Momentum Wealth. We didn't think it was possible at all after we bought our second property 8 years ago. Momentum wealth made it possible for us. Everyone was awesome, very professional and had good knowledge of Perth's property market and finance. First it was Michael and Jin (our property strategist and finance strategist), they made us believe that it was possible and gave us hope. Jin worked his magic with the banks and helped us unlock our equity. Then Bryn organised the rest of the finance with our bank. Then came our buyers agents Robin, Kim and Karen who helped us look for the right property. Karen was the best, she would go to all the house opens we wanted to view, she gave us weekly updates and recommendations. Momentum did everything a buyer needed to do and more, they looked for the right property, they handled the sale offer, completed the due diligence of the property, organised the settlement and so on.
