I do not know where to start or how to express my sincere gratitude towards Callum Talbot. Thanks to Callum and his utterly professional approach to my application, which had some extreme complexities to it. Callum was calm, deliberate and had such a positive attitude to my situation. All of Callum's efforts, resulted in me being able to buy an investment that will set my children up for their future. I feel a mere thank you, seems truly inadequate, for what Callum achieved for me and my family. But I will say out of this experience, and journey together, we managed to become friends. We went to Mortgage Choice Glenelg on recommendation of a friend of ours who worked in real estate. In the first instance, the team helped us understand our borrowing opportunities which was great. We ended up purchasing a home and land package and this meant that we needed to maintain a payment plan for not just purchasing the block of land but also for the progress payments as the house was being built. Bec and Callum were absolutely fantastic - not only did they make things really easy for us, they responded to our questions immediately and were always on the front foot, even after we made the final payment and took possession of the house.
