We refinanced our home loan and acquired an investment loan with the help of the Borro team, and we had an amazing experience. Cara took great care of us throughout the process. She was incredibly approachable, welcomed all of our questions, and was always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and make sure we understood each step. The team were prompt and responsive from start to finish, making the whole process feel seamless. They also persisted in securing interest rates for us that were beyond what we could have achieved ourselves, which we really appreciated. More than anything, we felt confident taking each step knowing we had a team behind us who were readily available to assist whenever we needed it. We’re very grateful for the support and expertise Cara and the Borro team provided, and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a mortgage broker!

We’ve used Cara, Ben, Lina and the team at Borro for the past three times we’ve needed mortgage help, and they have been fantastic every single time. They always take the time to understand what we need, provide us with great options, and walk us through everything clearly. No question is ever too much, and they’re incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making sure we have everything we need from start to finish. The options they provide are always fantastic and tailored to our needs, and we really value the time and effort they put into making sure we’re getting the right outcome. We’ve had such a great experience with the whole Borro team that we simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
