We recently became home owners (yay!!) but it seriously wouldn't have happened without our broker from Violeta Finance: Mortgage & Finance Specialist. When the bank threw us curve balls and our conveyancer said it couldn't happen, Carl worked every legal trick up his sleeve! As first home buyers I am so glad we used Carl who really wanted to see us settle. The hours and stress I know he put into our settlement amazes me when 'we didn't pay him' as he would have got the same commission from the bank for an easier settlement but he didn't give up.
