Carol Russell's career in finance began some 30 years ago as a Financial Adviser in the banking world. She obtained accreditation to Advanced Financial Advising, and in SMSF's and Business Advising. In 2009 she left Westpac and took up the Branch Principal role of Yellow Brick Road at Castle Hill attaining a Diploma in Mortgage Broking and has continued that training ever since, now on into Commercial Training as well.
