100% HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Honestly, we don't even know where to start. Carolina and Mike have been amazing from day one. We reached out to Finzen through Instagram and they replied the very next day. A quick call to catch up on the basics, and we were straight into a planning session. In that meeting, Carolina gave us a clear picture of our loan limit so we could focus our house search in the right range — saving us so much time (this was only first week of June) We were in a rush to take advantage of the stamp duty exemption before the end of financial year, and as luck would have it, we found a house that same week. From there, Carolina and Mike worked against the clock and got us an unconditional approval from the bank in 6 hours. Yes, 6 hours!!! They guided us through every step, with direct messages keeping us informed the whole way. And when things got complicated at the very end (issues outside our control on the vendor's side), Mike took on our case like it was his own home. Countless phone calls, real pressure applied where it needed to be, and ultimately he got the issues resolved in time. Without their work, we wouldn't be writing this from our new home on the last day of the financial year, having secured the stamp duty exemption. (The whole process since first inspection was ONLY 3 weeks) Even the real estate agent commented on how impressive and efficient our broker team was. By then, we already knew we had the best possible team in our corner. We'll be forever grateful, and we'll recommend Finzen to anyone who needs a broker.
