Carol worked tirelessly to ensure our loan settlement proceeded seamlessly, and even restructured our mortgage application when we needed to change our type of loan as we had not yet finalised our choice of a builder. As both myself and my husband are self-employed, we didn't tick all the boxes with the banks.
