Absolutely amazing! In the refinancing of our mortgage, not only was Cath from Roster Russo & Co incredibly professional and reliable, she was also very friendly and genuine, which made the whole experience so smooth and manageable. Cath was always available for questions, very prompt, and completely understood our goals. Also, one of our family members is trans and a few of us are queer, and Cath was unwaveringly warm, respectful of pronouns, and just lovely in all her interactions with each of us.
