‭ first-time buyers or professional investors. With over 20 years in the industry, I've developed a specialty in‬
‭ guiding clients through life transitions—helping people from their first home purchase through to‬
‭ separations and significant life changes that require financial restructuring.‬
‭ My background in real estate, settlements, and law clerking has given me a comprehensive understanding‬
‭ of property transactions from multiple perspectives.‬
‭ When a bank says no, I find a way to make it happen. I look at all options to make deals work while‬
‭ keeping clients informed every step of the way. I don't see challenges as problems—I work out solutions,‬
‭ always believing there's a way forward.‬

‭ Outside the office, I maintain balance through morning walks, Pilates and recently I started learning how‬
‭ to play golf. These activities help me return to work refreshed and ready to face whatever challenges‬
