Chris Akyildiz is a mortgage broker and Director of Orange Home Loans, based in Moonee Ponds, Victoria. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Chris has built a reputation for helping clients find competitive and suitable loan options across a wide range of lenders, removing the legwork and guiding clients from application through to approval.

Before founding Orange Home Loans, Chris spent seven years as a licensed estate agent and auctioneer, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the property market that he brings to every client interaction. That background, combined with two decades as an accredited mortgage broker (MFAA), means clients benefit from both property knowledge and lending expertise in one place.

Chris was recognised by AFG at the Victorian Brokers Awards, winning the AFG Home Loans Award, a reflection of his consistent commitment to finding the right lending solutions for his clients.
