He was able to give honest and transparent information on the various ways we could set up a loan which considers the blending of two people with different financial demands. He was always available to answer questions and the process was really smooth.

Worst experience! Practically gave us the best option that suited his financial goals(not ours) A quick overview :We had our land with bankwest (our initial broker helped us) and we spoke to him afterwards for a second oppiniun and convinced us ANZ would be the better option to morguage the house that was going to be built. Firstly he made it sound like we would be lucky if HE CHOSE us as clients as apparently his picky who he takes in .....so we decided we wanted him as a broker (this tactic somehow won us over) however Not knowingly little did we know that if we did move to ANZ, we would have to repay the Morguage insurance (thousands of dollars ) he also made it sound soooo complicated like we had no other option but to move to ANZ, however it wasn't until a ANZ banker overheard my partner and I talk about our concerns regarding all the issues that Chris kept bringing up re:the house ....she gave us her 2 cents on the matter and advised us it would be silly of us to refinance with another bank,(couldn't beleive a rep of ANZ was actually saying it would be better to stick with Bank west ) because sticking with bankwest would mean we wouldn't have to pay the Morguage insurance all over again, we would only pay the difference from the land and house. Now this got us thinking why Chris this supposedly great broker didn'teven give us this option, and automatically chose ANZ...our conclusion along with every other person including the bank has said that because Chris wasn't the broker for the land with bankwest, us moving our morguage to anz would mean he would pocket commission for both house and land.... (whilst costing US money out of our pockets ) and the prev broker would get nothing. So let me warn all of you out there, this broker only cares about his commissions And will start the first meeting with ...tell me about ur situation so I can see if I can take u as a client, as I want a long term client rather than a one of, but I assure you this a sneaky tactic of his to lure you in...,don't trust him So in conclusion, we were lucky to have had help from another broker who pointed us in the right direction .... I do NOT recommend this business to anyone.
