AMAZING!!! The team at Loan Market Pinnacle - Gladstone is super hard-working and supportive. This team worked so hard over two long weekends that they managed to get us approved within less than two weeks! The hustle this team did for us was outstanding, Loan Market Pinnacle - Gladstone is definitely a team you want to have on your side when purchasing a property. Long story(as a first home buyer from NZ)... My husband and I had gone through a different broker in Brisbane(nightmare for us). They had dragged out our application for four months, had barely any communication from them. Come settlement date this Brisbane broker had not even sorted our application, we thought we had just lost our deposit and the money we spent on a building inspection etc. We canceled this Brisbane broker and cut our losses. After many tears, we decided to contact Chris from Loan Market Pinnacle - Gladstone instead to see if he would be able to help us recover from the previous broker and get the apartment that we had put an offer on. Chris was super informative and helpful, even making calls on behalf of us to the seller agent and the lawyers to get everyone on hold so we could apply for the same apartment again.... In the end WE GOT THE APARTMENT and have been living in this apartment for 5 months 🥳♥️ THANKS CHRIS AND THE TEAM! Also, FYI, New Zealand citizens now have to apply for a visa for the first home buyer grant, which can take up to a month to sort, so I would apply for that asap! But just ask Chris and his team how that all works and they will help you through it.
